P&L owner for the account – Will own entire Sales & Delivery
Serve as the Apex interface for the customer, coordinating across delivery, sales support, finance, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and manage expectations.
Manage day‑to‑day customer account operations, ensuring smooth delivery execution, adherence to SLAs, and consistent service quality across all engagements.
Support account revenue and margin objectives, owning forecasts, billing accuracy, change requests, and cost controls in line with the overall account P&L targets.
Identify and execute incremental growth opportunities, including renewals, small upsell/cross‑sell initiatives, and scope expansions in collaboration with the Regional Portfolio Director.
Ensure strong governance and risk management, driving regular account reviews, compliance to contractual terms, operational reporting, and early identification of delivery or commercial risks..
Key Responsibilities
2.Develop and execute multi-year account plan alignment with customer priorities and industry trends
3.Responsible for Account Performance in terms of Revenue, Profitability, payment cycles and growth
4.Ensure high-quality delivery of contracted services and solutions
5.Partner with delivery leadership to address risk, optimize performance and ensure client satisfaction
6.Leads contract negotiations, renewals and pricing discussions

Cross Sell other service lines to increase wallet share of HCLTech services in customers allocated to the individual
Candidate Profile
A proactive, problem-solving mindset , Self Starter, energetic, motivated with a positive attitude
Forward thinkers capable of driving next generation AI driven and Agentic IT services
5+ years of experience in enterprise services sales, with a focus on digital transformation and/or Infrastructure Services experience-led solutions.
Deep Knowledge of Infrastructure services, Application Services and Engineering services Sales
Proven ability to lead and scale cross-functional sales strategies across large, distributed teams.
