Job Summary

This role is accountable for driving enterprise-wide consulting programs within the Delivery Process Outsourcing business, shaping strategic direction, and influencing organizational transformation. The individual provides executive vision, oversees portfolio strategy, and ensures alignment of consulting initiatives with business objectives, market trends, and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and execute portfolio strategy by leveraging consulting methodologies and delivery frameworks to drive transformation across global outsourcing programs.
2. Lead enterprise-scale solutioning using advanced program management tools and analytics, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable business impact.
3. Establish governance models and best practices for consulting engagements, utilizing industry standards and digital platforms to optimize operational efficiency.
4. Influence organizational change by integrating emerging technologies and market intelligence into consulting processes, fostering innovation and competitive advantage.
5. Represent the organization in client executive forums, articulating consulting value propositions and shaping strategic partnerships for long-term growth.
6. Mentor senior consulting teams, providing executive guidance on complex delivery challenges and capability development.
