Job Summary

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3 Network Deployment Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex network deployments with a strong focus on Switching, Routing, and Migration activities. This role demands deep technical expertise, hands-on experience, and the ability to lead and execute network transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : • Lead end-to-end network deployment projects including planning, configuration, testing, and implementation. • Design and implement Layer 2 and Layer 3 network solutions using industry best practices. • Perform network migrations with minimal downtime and disruption. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues across switching and routing domains. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network components. • Document network architecture, configurations, and operational procedures. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

 

Skill Requirements

• Switching: VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, Port Security, QoS. • Routing: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, route redistribution, policy-based routing. • Migration: Experience in network cutovers, legacy-to-modern infrastructure transitions, and cloud/hybrid migrations. • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and ACLs. • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar enterprise-grade networking equipment. • Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, NetFlow, SNMP). • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
