Job Summary

ROLE\r\n• Execute firewall configuration changes based on documented change requests in ServiceNow\r\n• Ensure changes comply with corporate security standards and guidelines\r\n• Perform troubleshooting and resolve functionality issues on Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls- NGFW)\r\n• Validate and test implemented configurations to confirm functionality with stakeholders\r\n• Support activities to optimize firewall configurations and increase service quality\r\n• Communicate with stakeholders (requesters and impacted teams) to clarify implementation requirements\r\n• Provide flexible support to local teams during projects impacting firewall configurations, including on-demand stand‑by support\r\n• Handle operational and technical issues (incidents), including vulnerability management and escalations (Level 2 and Level 3 support)\r\n• Document all changes, incidents, and related actions in accordance with internal guidelines\r\n• Collaborate with security and OT teams to maintain compliance\r\nSKILLS\r\n• University degree in computer science, IT security or related field\r\n• Proficient in English language (written and verbal)\r\n• Proven experience in operating and managing Palo Alto NGFWs and Strata Cloud Manager, including troubleshooting and configuration\r\n• Solid understanding of computer networks (LAN) and application protocols\r\n• Detail-oriented with strong focus on compliance and risk mitigation\r\n• Self-reliant, proactive, and structured work style with ability to prioritize tasks effectively\r\n• True team player: committed to collective success over individual agendas\r\n• Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
