Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead in SharePoint framework and SharePoint is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects related to SharePoint implementation projects. They will be tasked with leading a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of sharepoint solutions.
2. Provide technical expertise and guidance on sharepoint framework to ensure project success.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
4. Conduct code reviews, performance analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure quality deliverables.
5. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in sharepoint framework and sharepoint to drive innovation and efficiency.
6. Manage project timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure timely delivery of projects.
7. Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in sharepoint framework including sharepoint online and sharepoint server.
2. Strong experience in developing custom sharepoint solutions using sharepoint framework (spfx) and sharepoint designer.
3. In-depth understanding of sharepoint architecture, web parts, site collections, and content types.
4. Ability to troubleshoot and debug sharepoint applications for optimal performance.
5. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
6. Strong leadership skills to lead a team of developers and drive project success.
7. Proven ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet project deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Other Requirements

JD: Summary  Owns the end-to-end SharePoint migration delivery plan using ShareGate or Quest. Manages scope, schedule, resourcing, RAID, and dependencies across business units. Executes wave planning, cutover schedules, stakeholder comms, and readiness checkpoints using JIRA sprint using Agile and Scrum methodologies.  Coordinates business validation, hypercare, and transition to operations. Drives governance outcomes (ownership, permissions cleanup, content rationalization). Tracks progress with dashboards and exec-level reporting. Manages vendors and partners (SOWs, milestones, acceptance criteria). Ensures migration aligns with compliance, security, and retention requirements. Role Overview The SharePoint Migration Project Manager leads enterprise migration initiatives from SharePoint 2019 (and earlier) to SharePoint Online, leveraging ShareGate as the primary migration platform. This role orchestrates delivery across IT and business stakeholders, ensuring predictable migration waves, effective change management, and minimal disruption to operations. Will work in an Agile methodology using Scrum in JIRA. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain integrated project plans for:  Discovery & inventory  Readiness & remediation  Migration execution (waves or sprints)  Validation & hypercare  Establish migration governance:  Definition of Done, acceptance criteria, cutover procedures  RACI and escalation paths  Coordinate ShareGate migration execution with operators/engineers:  Scheduling  Runbooks and pre/post checks  Issue triage and resolution  Manage RAID:  Security/compliance risks  Legacy workflow and customization risks  Content cleanup scope creep  Lead stakeholder engagement and communications:  Site owner readiness  Training & adoption plans  Executive updates  Manage vendor relationships and deliverables when applicable.  Ensure alignment with platform standards: provisioning, naming, owner assignme
