Key Responsibilities

Job Title: Transformation Lead  Role Summary  The Transformation Lead is responsible for driving end-to-end business, digital, and operating model transformation initiatives across client engagements. This role ensures alignment between business strategy, technology modernization, delivery execution, and organizational change, while establishing strong governance, value realization, and stakeholder alignment.     Key Responsibilities  Transformation Strategy & Execution  Define and drive transformation roadmap aligned to client business objectives and enterprise strategy.  Lead large-scale transformation initiatives covering digital modernization, process re-engineering, agile transformation, and operating model changes.  Translate strategic transformation goals into executable programs with clear milestones, KPIs, and value realization metrics.  Identify and prioritize transformation opportunities across delivery, operations, and technology landscapes.   Governance & Program Leadership  Establish and run transformation governance structures (Steering Committees, Transformation Boards, cadence reviews).  Ensure adherence to enterprise frameworks (e.g., SAFe / Agile, Activate+, PDLC, CI frameworks).  Track benefits realization, risks, dependencies, and transformation outcomes across workstreams.  Drive cross-tower and cross-vendor alignment for integrated delivery.   Stakeholder & Change Management  Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership and internal senior stakeholders.  Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) including impact assessment, communication, training, and adoption.  Manage stakeholder expectations, resistance, and change fatigue through structured change interventions.  Enable leadership alignment and sponsorship for transformation initiatives.   Delivery & Continuous Improvement  Partner with Delivery, Architecture, and Engineering teams to embed transformation into execution.  Drive continuous improvement, innovation pipelines, and gainshare/efficiency initiatives.  Leverage automation, GenAI, and platform-led solutions (e.g., AI Force, Agile tools, analytics) to improve outco

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
