HCLTech is a big organization with a lot of opportunities in different lines of businesses, but the one thing that made me choose it, was the new project for which I applied. I wanted to be part of some ‘start-up’ project, where everything needs to be built from scratch, and HCLTech gave me a great chance to do it.
My journey at HCLTech has been filled with interesting meetings, discussions and evaluation of right steps at each stage. At the beginning of the project there were challenges and the need to align the team and key stakeholders. Yet I found the balance between the client's requirements and HCLTech's corporate rules.
HCLTech has provided me with the opportunity to grow and improve myself in both personal and work aspects. I have met amazing people and made lifelong friendships and am lucky enough to work in a professional and competitive environment. The management has given me a chance to learn new skills by believing in me and helping me with my development.
