Job Summary
JD:Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to understand technical systems (SDLC / software products)Experience in structured documentation (DITA, XML preferred)Proficiency in tools such as: MS Word, FrameMaker etc.Knowledge of Agile methodology and documentation practicesAbility to work with cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of web applications using html, css, javascript, and aem
2. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
4. Perform code reviews, identify technical risks, and implement solutions to ensure project success
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to maintain project momentum
6. Stay updated on the latest web development trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement

3. Expertise in adobe experience manager (aem) for web content management and delivery
4. Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and frameworks
5. Familiarity with version control systems like git for code management
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
7. Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead and motivate a technical team
