Job Summary

Lead end-to-end ownership of AI product initiatives by defining product vision, shaping roadmap, and driving delivery across cross-functional teams. Ensure measurable business impact through scalable, responsible AI product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and problem statements aligned to business outcomes
• Own and drive end-to-end roadmap, prioritization, and backlog governance
• Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, architecture, research, and GTM teams
• Translate requirements into scalable AI/ML/GenAI product capabilities
• Establish success metrics, telemetry, and performance tracking frameworks
• Drive data-driven prioritization using insights from usage, experiments, and feedback
• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI, governance, and security requirements
• Partner with GTM teams to drive adoption, rollout, and value realization
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to refine model behavior and evaluation approaches
• Communicate product direction, trade-offs, risks, and progress to leadership

Skill Requirements

• Strong product strategy, roadmap ownership, and prioritization discipline
• Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making capability
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
• Solid understanding of AI/ML/GenAI systems, cloud platforms, and Responsible AI

Other Requirements

• Hands-on experience with GenAI platforms, LLM integrations, or evaluation frameworks
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and telemetry systems
• Knowledge of enterprise AI governance, compliance, and risk frameworks
