AI Product Manager I

Job Summary

Support the delivery and execution of AI product initiatives by contributing to product definition, roadmap execution, and cross-functional coordination. Work closely with senior product managers, engineering, and stakeholders to build scalable and responsible AI product capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in defining product problem statements, use cases, and feature requirements aligned to business needs
• Support roadmap planning, prioritization, and backlog management under guidance from senior product leadership
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and data science teams to deliver AI/ML/GenAI features
• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
• Contribute to defining success metrics, tracking performance, and analyzing product usage data
• Support data-driven decision-making through insights, user feedback, and basic experimentation
• Ensure adherence to Responsible AI, governance, and security guidelines in product execution
• Partner with GTM teams to support product launches, adoption, and user enablement activities
• Coordinate with research and engineering teams to test and iterate on model outputs
• Communicate progress, dependencies, and risks to immediate stakeholders

Skill Requirements

• Strong understanding of product management fundamentals (requirements, backlog, execution)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Effective collaboration and stakeholder coordination skills
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML/GenAI concepts and cloud-based product environments

Other Requirements

• Exposure to GenAI tools, LLM-based applications, or AI-driven products
• Basic knowledge of experimentation, A/B testing, or product analytics tools
• Awareness of Responsible AI principles and enterprise compliance practices
