Job Summary

This senior leadership role leads the strategy, roadmap, and scaling of AI-driven products across the IAIS portfolio by integrating advanced analytics, Generative AI, and automation frameworks. Acting as a portfolio-level product and governance leader, the role establishes Responsible AI, scalability, and execution guardrails while driving predictable value delivery. The role partners closely with hyperscalers and ecosystem teams to enable co-innovation, cross-platform adoption, and alignment with external roadmaps, while mentoring Product Managers and standardising product delivery practices across AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy, roadmap execution, and scaling for the IAIS AI product portfolio across multiple platforms and teams.
  • Establish portfolio-level governance frameworks, including evaluation criteria, telemetry, and guardrails for Responsible AI, scalability, quality, and risk management.
  • Lead data-driven prioritisation using value, risk, dependency, and platform alignment trade-offs, ensuring synchronisation with engineering and delivery roadmaps.
  • Drive consistent execution cadence and operating rhythm across AI initiatives—covering planning, delivery milestones, release readiness, and adoption tracking.
  • Partner with hyperscalers, ISVs, and ecosystem partners to enable co-innovation, roadmap alignment, and cross-platform solution adoption.
  • Define and standardise product delivery best practices across AI initiatives, ensuring repeatability, scalability, and predictable outcomes.
  • Monitor portfolio-level KPIs and telemetry to track adoption, value realisation, performance, and continuous improvement across product lines.
  • Mentor and coach Product Managers, strengthening data-driven decision-making, value articulation, and execution discipline across the IAIS portfolio

Other Requirements

  • MBA or BE (or equivalent) with strong grounding in product strategy, portfolio management, and enterprise-scale product execution.
  • 20+ years of experience across product management, digital platforms, AI-led solutions, or large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Proven experience leading AI / GenAI-enabled product portfolios, including strategy, roadmap governance, and scaling across teams and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and operate Responsible AI and scalability frameworks at portfolio or enterprise level.
  • Strong experience partnering with hyperscalers and ecosystem vendors to drive co-innovation and cross-platform alignment.
