AI Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

Support end-to-end AI proposal lifecycle for AI, Generative AI, Data & Analytics, and Intelligent Automation opportunities by coordinating with sales, solution architects, delivery, finance, and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.
• Develop executive summaries and proposal documents.
• Coordinate with AI Solution Architects.
• Support GenAI, ML, AI Agents, Data & Analytics proposals.
• Maintain reusable proposal assets.
• Coordinate reviews and submissions.
• Work with Finance and Legal.
• Publish weekly dashboards and reports.
• Maintain proposal trackers and governance.

Required Skills

Proposal Management, Business Writing, AI Fundamentals, Microsoft Office, Stakeholder Management, Project Coordination.

Skill Requirements

Preferred Skills

Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, SAP Business AI, Salesforce, Agile/Scrum.

Other Requirements

1. Recommended certifications: Cadence Certified Custom IC Designer, Synopsys Certified Custom Design Expert (optional but valuable).
