Job Summary

The GenAI Solution Research Associate will be responsible for exploring, researching, and mapping the capabilities of hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OpenAI) along with OEM partners (NVIDIA, Dell, IBM, etc.). The primary objective is to identify and recommend industry-focused GenAI solutions that can be built by leveraging this ecosystem. The role demands a blend of technical research, solution ideation, and business alignment, enabling enterprise-ready GenAI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and document the latest GenAI capabilities of hyperscalers (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI, OpenAI APIs).
  • Evaluate and analyze OEM offerings (e.g., NVIDIA GPUs/NeMo, Dell infrastructure, IBM Watsonx) for GenAI enablement.
  • Identify industry-focused GenAI solution opportunities (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom) that can be built using hyperscaler + OEM capabilities.
  • Build comparative assessments, capability maps, and solution blueprints to guide business and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, product managers, and business teams to align findings with enterprise needs and go-to-market priorities.
  • Track emerging trends in GenAI frameworks, cloud-native AI platforms, and partner ecosystems to ensure continuous innovation.

Other Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, or GenAI solution research/delivery.
  • Familiarity with hyperscaler AI services (AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Azure OpenAI/ML Studio, GCP Vertex AI, OpenAI APIs) and OEM GenAI technologies (NVIDIA NeMo, Dell APEX, IBM Watsonx, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills to translate technical capabilities into business-relevant solution opportunities.
  • Good understanding of GenAI concepts: LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and agentic AI.
