  • Senior client-facing role responsible for driving AI-led business transformation opportunities across the Anthropic ecosystem.
  • Focus on identifying, shaping, and converting enterprise AI opportunities using Anthropic Claude, agentic AI, GenAI, automation, cloud, data, and industry-specific AI solutions.
  • Act as a strategic “hunter” who can engage CXO and senior business stakeholders, uncover transformation opportunities, develop solution propositions, and support deal conversion.
  • Partner with sales, alliance, delivery, product, cloud, data, and industry teams to create differentiated AI solutions and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Anthropic positions Claude Enterprise for organization-wide deployment with governance, data controls, and admin infrastructure for IT and security teams, making enterprise-grade AI adoption and governance central to this role.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive AI-led business transformation pursuits across the Anthropic ecosystem in the U.S. market.
  • Identify and qualify high-value GenAI, agentic AI, automation, software engineering, customer experience, knowledge management, and enterprise productivity opportunities.
  • Lead presales discovery sessions with CXO, business, technology, operations, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Convert client business challenges into AI solution themes, transformation roadmaps, business cases, value propositions, and deal narratives.
  • Develop Anthropic Claude-based solution propositions across areas such as enterprise assistants, AI agents, coding productivity, knowledge intelligence, document processing, contact center transformation, sales enablement, finance operations, HR, legal, and industry workflows.
  • Shape proposals, RFP responses, solution decks, demos, proof-of-concept plans, commercial inputs, and executive presentations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to build pipeline, improve win probability, and accelerate deal closure.
  • Partner with Anthropic alliance teams, cloud hyperscalers, internal delivery units, data teams, security teams, and industry SMEs to create scalable client solutions.
  • Define value cases including productivity improvement, revenue enablement, cost optimization, risk reduction, faster cycle times, and improved customer or employee experience.
  • Drive client workshops, innovation sessions, AI maturity assessments, design-thinking sessions, and transformation roadmap discussions.
  • Provide thought leadership on enterprise AI adoption, responsible AI, agentic AI, AI governance, and operating model transformation.
  • Support the creation of reusable Anthropic ecosystem offerings, accelerators, playbooks, and industry-specific solution assets.
  • Ensure proposed solutions address security, privacy, compliance, governance, data protection, responsible AI, and enterprise scalability requirements.
  • Stay current on Anthropic capabilities, including Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, agentic tooling, enterprise integrations, and marketplace or partner-led routes to market. Claude for Enterprise is also available through AWS Marketplace, while Amazon Bedrock provides API access for building custom applications using Anthropic Claude models.

Skill Requirements

Other Skills / Preferred Skills 15+ years of overall experience preferred for E5 level, with significant exposure to presales, solutioning, consulting, transformation, AI, cloud, data, or enterprise technology sales. Prior experience in a senior presales, solution principal, solution partner, business transformation leader, AI advisory, or ecosystem growth role. Experience working with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AWS, Microsoft, IBM, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, or similar enterprise AI/cloud ecosystems. Strong understanding of U.S. enterprise buying cycles, industry-specific transformation needs, and large-deal pursuit processes. Experience building AI solutions for industries such as financial services, healthcare, life sciences, retail, manufacturing, telecom, public sector, or technology. Experience with agentic AI, AI-assisted software engineering, enterprise knowledge management, customer operations, and productivity transformation. Ability to create C-suite-ready materials, value maps, solution blueprints, commercial models, and transformation roadmaps. Familiarity with responsible AI frameworks, model risk, data privacy, security reviews, compliance, and governance requirements. Certifications in AI, GenAI, cloud, enterprise architecture, design thinking, agile, or program management will be an added advantage. Other Requirements

  • Strong experience in AI / GenAI presales, solution consulting, business transformation, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, or technology advisory.
  • Proven ability to hunt, shape, and influence large enterprise transformation opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG, enterprise knowledge search, AI automation, AI governance, and AI operating models.
  • Working knowledge of Anthropic Claude capabilities, Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, agentic AI patterns, model selection, safety, governance, and enterprise deployment considerations.
  • Ability to engage senior client stakeholders and translate business priorities into AI-led transformation solutions.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting pipeline creation, deal shaping, RFPs, proposals, POCs, business cases, and executive-level solution presentations.
  • Experience in building value propositions and ROI models for AI, automation, productivity improvement, modernization, or business transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and data ecosystems, preferably AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, data platforms, APIs, integration patterns, and enterprise security.
  • Ability to collaborate with sales, alliance, delivery, product, engineering, data, security, and industry teams.
  • Excellent executive communication, storytelling, consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Maximum Salary (US):  195000
Minimum Salary (US):  160000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
