Job Summary

Role Purpose

Turns delivered pod solutions into reusable cookbooks, runbooks, solution KT and packaged kits for Sales and the LoBs — the industrialization muscle that stops the BU re-building from scratch

Key Responsibilities

$ Target — Revenue & Value Mandate

Reuse %, kit-driven conversion, delivery velocity. Packaging chargeable; reuse value across pods.

Core Responsibilities

•  Package solutions into cookbooks, runbooks, KT and kits

•  Standardise delivery artefacts across the 6 pods

•  Hand packaged kits to Sales / LoB via ACE enablement

Ownership Boundaries — Owns

•  Packaged delivery IP (kits / cookbooks / runbooks)

•  Solution KT

Skill Requirements

Required Capabilities

•  AI delivery / program management

•  Technical documentation & solution packaging

•  Cross-functional coordination

Preferred Capabilities

•  Agile / PMP

•  Prior GSI delivery

Other Requirements

Ownership Boundaries — Does Not Own

•  Enablement rollout & KPIs (ACE Office)

•  Net-new accelerator build (CoE)
