Job Summary

Leads AI solution shaping for strategic pursuits in collaboration with senior engineers, architects, and practice leaders. Defines differentiated solution positioning, value levers, and system boundaries grounded in AI architectures, data platforms, and operational realities. Influences pursuit strategy by ensuring solution narratives are credible, extensible, and aligned with engineering standards and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic AI solution shaping with senior architects/engineers; define differentiated positioning and value levers.

Own executive-ready storyline and bid strategy grounded in credible AI architectures and operational realities.

Define solution boundaries, TCO drivers, risks, and mitigation plans aligned to platform standards and roadmaps.

Drive reuse and standardization through playbooks, reference architectures, and repeatable pursuit patterns.

Influence deal strategy and stakeholder alignment; orchestrate engineering, GTM, alliances, and leadership inputs.

Ensure handoff integrity into delivery by producing precise scope, assumptions, and architecture-aligned artifacts.

Skill Requirements

Applies deep techno-functional proficiency across hyperscaler ecosystems (Azure / AWS / GCP), major Tech OEMs (IBM / Cisco / SAP / Dell / HP / Intel / NVIDIA / VMware / AMD), partner & HCL tools, and co-sell frameworks to shape deal strategy and GTM execution.
