Job Summary

The role is responsible for accelerating joint Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy with Intel, strengthening co‑innovation initiatives, and driving AI adoption across industries. The individual will act as a strategic interface between HCLTech, Intel, and internal business units to deliver differentiated solutions, scalable GTM motions, and measurable business impact.

This role requires strong experience in ecosystem partnerships, AI‑led solutions, and enterprise GTM execution, with the ability to work across sales, industry teams, solution engineering, and global partners.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic GTM & Alliance Management

 

Define and execute joint GTM strategies with Intel across priority industries and geographies

Own alliancelevel business plans, revenue pipelines, and execution governance

Identify whitespace opportunities and shape joint value propositions aligned to Intel platforms

 

CoInnovation & Solutions

 

Drive coinnovation programs leveraging Intel technologies (AI, Cloud, Edge, Client, Data Center)

Partner with internal solution teams, labs, and COEs to incubate industryspecific AI solutions

Support PoCs, pilots, and reference architectures leading to scaled deployments

 

AI Adoption & Industry Impact

 

Enable AI adoption across industries by aligning use cases to customer pain points

Support customers in AI transformation journeys—from ideation to industrialization

Evangelize AIled outcomes through demos, showcases, customer workshops, and events

 

Sales & Business Enablement

 

Work closely with sales teams to enable pursuits, deal shaping, and executive conversations

Support account teams with positioning, storytelling, and solution differentiation

Track GTM performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics

 

Stakeholder & Governance Management

 

Act as a single point of coordination between Intel, internal stakeholders, and leadership

Drive regular cadence reviews, executive updates, and operational governance

Ensure alignment across sales, delivery, marketing, and finance.

 

Co-own integrated solution design for complex AI-led deals with engineering and architecture leadership.

 

Validate end-to-end soundness (AI models, data, platform, security, operations) and lifecycle viability.

 

Lead client-facing solution trade-offs, risk posture, and decision-making; ensure credibility and long-term fit.

 

Shape competitive differentiation and partnership strategy to maximize value and reduce delivery risk.

 

Sponsor reusable solution patterns and accelerators that scale across pursuit portfolio.

 

Mentor specialists and strengthen presales operating model and architectural consistency.

 

Skill Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technology alliances, GTM, consulting, or enterprise solution roles
  • Strong understanding of AI, Cloud, Data, and Digital transformation concepts
  • Proven experience working with hyperscalers / OEMs / ecosystem partners (Intel preferred)
  • Experience driving co‑innovation, PoCs, and scaled GTM motions
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Ability to work across geographies and matrixed organizations

Please note that this is replacement PRF for Anish Kumar, who was E6 band(52354125) and role split into E4 and E3 bands(two PRFs) as per communication to WPC Team .
