Job Summary

AI Impacthon Associate supports high‑visibility AI initiatives by driving execution, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders, structuring business problems, and validating market and customer insights to convert shortlisted AI ideas into decision‑ready, GTM‑aligned outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive day‑to‑day execution of assigned AI/GenAI initiatives, ensuring progress from idea shortlisting to decision readiness.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across business, technology, and leadership to maintain execution cadence and closure.
• Structure business problems into clear objectives, success metrics, and KPI hypotheses.
• Conduct market, industry, and customer research to validate use‑case relevance, TAM, and value potential.
• Own and maintain execution artifacts such as trackers, roadmaps, decision notes, and status updates.
• Support solution shaping discussions by translating business needs into structured inputs for AI solution teams.
• Assist in building business cases, value narratives, and executive‑ready documentation.
• Enable GTM‑ready collateral including presentations, briefs, and workshop outputs for leadership and clients.
