AS400 Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

To provide expert-level technical support for the IBM iSeries (AS/400 / IBM i) platform, acting as the escalation point for complex incidents and problems.Ensure platform stability, performance, and availability while driving continuous improvement and supporting business-critical applications 

Key Responsibilities

System Administration & MaintenanceManage and maintain IBM i operating system environments (PTFs and system upgrades)Administer system security, user profiles, and authority managementMonitor and address any issues with system performance, including disk, CPU, memory, and batch workload management

Skill Requirements

1. Min. 5 + years of experience supporting IBM iSeries/IBM iEnvironment.
2. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment. 
3. Strong communication skills to interact with cross functional teams and business stakeholders.

Other Requirements

1.IBM Certified Developer Associate Developer for IBM I 7.1 or higher is preferred.
