Job Summary

The AWS Data Architecture Lead is responsible for providing architectural leadership in designing, implementing, and governing advanced data solutions using Amazon Glue, Amazon Redshift, Python, and DevOps practices. This role drives enterprise-scale data strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, industry best practices, and compliance standards. The position is pivotal in shaping technical direction, mentoring teams, and enabling innovation across complex data ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Architectural Leadership By Designing And Implementing Enterprise-Scale Etl Solutions Using Amazon Glue, Ensuring Robust Data Integration And Transformation Aligned With Business And Compliance Requirements.
2. Define And Govern Data Warehousing Strategies Leveraging Amazon Redshift, Optimizing Data Models, Performance, And Scalability For Large-Scale Analytics Workloads.
3. Architect And Oversee Automation Of Data Pipelines Using Python And Aws Devops Tools, Ensuring Reliability, Security, And Operational Excellence Across The Data Platform.
4. Establish And Enforce Architectural Standards, Governance Frameworks, And Best Practices For Aws-Based Data Solutions, Ensuring Adherence To Regulatory And Organizational Requirements.
5. Collaborate With Business Stakeholders To Translate Complex Requirements Into Scalable Technical Solutions, Driving Innovation And Alignment With Strategic Objectives.
6. Mentor And Develop Technical Teams In Advanced Aws Data Technologies, Fostering Continuous Learning And Ensuring Delivery Capability For Evolving Business Needs.
7. Review And Approve Architecture And Design Deliverables, Providing Expert Guidance To Ensure Technical Excellence And Future-Proofing Of Data Solutions.

Skill Requirements

1. Architectural Leadership In Amazon Glue For Complex Etl Design And Implementation.
2. Expert Proficiency In Amazon Redshift For Data Warehousing, Modeling, And Optimization.
3. Advanced Expertise In Python For Data Engineering And Automation Within Aws Environments.
4. Solid Experience With Aws Devops Tools (E.G., Cloudformation, Codepipeline, Lambda) For Ci/Cd And Infrastructure Automation.
5. InDepth Understanding Of Data Governance, Security, And Compliance In CloudBased Architectures.
6. Excellent Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Scalable Aws Data Solutions.
