Job Summary

To manage and implement behavioural learning solutions (identified areas) and ensure fulfilment of behavioural learning needs for identified segments

Key Responsibilities

1. To Assist The Team With Assessments| Account Issues| Metrics Etc. As Per Requirements.
2. To Customize And Design Training Solutions.
3. To Deliver Training Solutions Around Standard Offerings As Per Plans.
4. To Ensure Smooth Running Of The Training Solution In An Account.
5. To Identify And Provide Solutions To An Account’S Training Needs As Per Requirements Specified.
6. To Manage And Develop The Team For Higher Levels Of Engagement.
