Key Responsibilities
2.Develop and execute multi-year account plan alignment with customer priorities and industry trends
3.Responsible for Account Performance in terms of Revenue, Profitability, payment cycles and growth
4.Ensure high-quality delivery of contracted services and solutions
5.Partner with delivery leadership to address risk, optimize performance and ensure client satisfaction
6.Leads contract negotiations, renewals and pricing discussions

・Ability to quickly understand the customer's business challenges and drop them into a solution from a business perspective
・Build relationships with stakeholders/partners to drive collaborative business
・Problem-solving skills and flexibility to think outside the box
・Stable and predictable project and order management through pipeline management
2. Knowledge of the telecommunications industry
・Knowledge of telecommunications industry
・Knowledge of core networks/5G/AI/IOT (multiple specialties is plus)
3. Flexibility to incorporate global Use Case/Best Practice
4. English language skills to obtain/exchange information and coordinate support with overseas teams (email required, conference call discussions is plus)
Preferred skills and qualifications
・Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
・Minimum 5 years of solution sales experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred
・English (reading, writing and communication level)
・Wide network of contacts in the telecommunications industry is plus
・Experience as a pre-sales/engineer is plus
