Job Summary

 We are seeking a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to support the Platform Engineering IDC team and MSC-Network teams in driving Agile practices, facilitating ceremonies, and ensuring smooth sprint execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating across multiple teams, maintaining Jira dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement

Agile Ceremonies & Sprint Management\\\\r\\\\n• Facilitate daily stand-up calls for the Platform Engineering IDC team.\\\\r\\\\n• Facilitate sprint meetings for Platform Engineering IDC team.\\\\r\\\\n• Create, manage, and close sprints in ISBN & Ariba Jira for the Platform Engineering IDC team.\\\\r\\\\n• Participate in bi-weekly Network sprint calls with EU team and share relevant updates.\\\\r\\\\nSprint Reporting and Dashboard Management ( Jira Tool ) \\\\r\\\\n• Monitor Jira tickets and follow up with developer / engineers to ensure timely updates and comments.\\\\r\\\\n• Support developer / engineers in creating new story tickets and epics as per requests from stakeholders (Ashok, Kannan, Manish and Teams).\\\\r\\\\n• Update the Platform Engineering IDC team sprint report / dashboard after each sprint.\\\\r\\\\n• Create or modify Jira dashboards based on evolving business requirements.\\\\r\\\\n• Collect sprint goals from Platform Engineering and update the sprint board in ISBN Jira.\\\\r\\\\n• Generate and analyze sprint reports for Platform Engineering IDC and MSC-Network teams.\\\\r\\\\n• Coordinate with Network Team Lead to define Sprint Entry & Exit criteria and update SharePoint pages accordingly.\\\\r\\\\nStakeholder Collaboration\\\\r\\\\n• Liaise with Enterprise-level Agile Coaches to stay aligned with updated Agile guidelines and implement changes as required.\\\\r\\\\n• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sprint goals, priorities, and deliverables.\\\\r\\\\nTraining & Coaching\\\\r\\\\n• Provide Agile brush-up training and guidance to Platform Engineering and Network Engineering teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities
