Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled professional to manage, support, and optimize enterprise video conferencing solutions, including Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR). The role involves ensuring smooth communication services, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining collaboration platforms.

- Manage and support video conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex).
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) devices and infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of collaboration tools.
- Troubleshoot audio/video, connectivity, and device-related issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware setup, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Perform regular health checks, patching, and updates of conferencing systems.
- Support meeting room configurations, scheduling systems, and integrations.
- Handle incident management and service requests via ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security, and best practices.
- Provide user support and training for video conferencing tools.
Skill Requirements
Required Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Teams Rooms (MTR).
- Knowledge of video conferencing technologies and AV systems.
- Understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, bandwidth, latency).
- Hands-on experience with meeting room devices, cameras, microphones, codecs.
- Familiarity with O365 Admin Center / Teams Admin Center.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Other Requirements
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex, Poly/Logitech devices.
- Knowledge of Exchange Online and calendar integration.
- Basic understanding of PowerShell (Teams/Exchange commands).
- ITIL knowledge (incident, change, problem management).
