Job Summary
To independently resolve tickets, provide on call support and doing root cause analysis to ensure positive customer feedback.ctor. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nResponsibilities: \r\n\r\nPerform firmware upgrades and patching of network devices according to agreed frequency and OEM recommendations. \r\n\r\nManage WAN and DC-LAN infrastructure, including troubleshooting Fortinet SD-WAN. \r\n\r\nConfigure HPE/Aruba switches and Aruba Wireless controllers. \r\n\r\nHandle DNS/DHCP/IPAM tools such as EfficientIP and Infoblox. \r\n\r\nVerify connectivity of infrastructure and directly connected network equipment. \r\n\r\nManage load balancers using ADC and F5. \r\n\r\nManage SSL encryption protocols and configurations. \r\n\r\nCoordinate with customers regarding application impact and functionality issues. \r\n\r\nAdd, remove, and configure nodes to load balancer based on capacity requirements. \r\n\r\nReview and approve proposed changes for capacity management. \r\n\r\nCollaborate with identity and access management team for load balancing authentication systems. \r\n\r\nProvide IMAC support for physical network devices in data centers. \r\n\r\nDeploy, test, and manage network equipment, software, and cabling. \r\n\r\nGenerate operational reports and SLA reports for auditing purposes. \r\n\r\nMonitor network queue using customer ITSM platform. \r\n\r\nMaintain network topology and device logs. \r\n\r\nWork with customer and/or third-party vendors for network operational support. \r\n\r\nImplement proactive monitoring and self-healing capabilities to limit network outages. \r\n\r\nIdentify and resolve network problems in accordance with customer policies and service levels. \r\n\r\nNotify customer of third-party vendor failures to perform work according to contract provisions.
Key Responsibilities
2. To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue.
3. Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts.
4. To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time.
5. To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases.
