Rotation Demand for Service Desk Track Lead position for Sandeep Vats- 52180864

Key Responsibilities

Service Desk Good communication Basic knowledge of Application & Windows troubleshooting Basic knowledge of H/W & N/W Good knowledge of ITSM tools Specialist/Team Lead Experienced Service Desk professional managing end to end operations, escalations ,people management, performance management, ITIL compliance, and reporting, with ServiceNow expertise and readiness for 24×7 US shifts Maintain ticket quality, docs, KB updates ,Handle P1/P2 escalations; coordinate with L1/L2 Basic knowledge of H/W & N/W Good knowledge of ITSM tools
