Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance of the CyberArk PAM platform, including CyberArk Secrets Hub and Secrets Manager (Conjur). The role focuses on incident management, account onboarding, troubleshooting, platform health monitoring, and ensuring secure management of privileged and application secrets
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 support for CyberArk components (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, PTA). • Manage privileged account onboarding, password rotation, reconciliation, and access requests. • Monitor platform health and resolve incidents/service requests within SLA. • Support CyberArk upgrades, patching, maintenance, and DR activities. • Administer and troubleshoot CyberArk Secrets Hub integrations and secret synchronization. • Manage Conjur policies, authenticators, application onboarding, and secret retrieval issues. • Support Kubernetes, containerized applications, and CI/CD integrations using Conjur. • Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and operational documentation. • Support audit, compliance, and security review activities.
Skill Requirements
Hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM administration and support. • Experience with CyberArk Secrets Hub and Secrets Manager (Conjur). • Knowledge of Windows/Linux administration and scripting (PowerShell preferred). • Understanding of APIs, DevOps, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms. • Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
