Job Summary

Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical support for Windows and Mac devices. Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, network, and application issues. Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office Suite. Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLA timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, network, VPN, and application-related issues. Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Windows and Mac devices. Perform device imaging, reimaging, deployment, replacement, and asset lifecycle management activities. Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications. Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, including workstation setup, user account validation, and equipment allocation. Handle desk moves, user relocations, and workplace technology setup. Support mobile devices, tablets, and endpoint management solutions such as Intune/MDM platforms. Record, track, update, and resolve incidents and service requests through the ITSM tool (ServiceNow or equivalent). Provide VIP/Executive support with a focus on service excellence and minimal business disruption. Coordinate with Service Desk, Network, Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams for issue resolution and escalations. Maintain asset inventory records and ensure compliance with organisational IT policies and procedures. Contribute to endpoint management initiatives, device migrations, and workplace technology improvement projects. Meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), customer satisfaction targets, and operational KPIs.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
