Administrator (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

Investigate and resolve infrastructure-related incidents, and any operational issues to maintain platform stability and availability.
Execute operational activities including system maintenance, service restarts, configuration changes, and validation of successful recovery.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues, drive remediation actions, and collaborate with engineering and support teams to prevent future occurrences.
