Job Summary

Governance of the end-to-end cyber hygiene outcomes across the Branch Technology estate, ensuring applications remain compliant with Bank patching, vulnerability management, and security standards.
•    Overall delivery and governance of Security Patching, Vulnerability Remediation, System Hardening, OSS Remediation, APT Remediation, and ACS Remediation across the global Branch Technology estate.
•    Establish and maintain remediation strategies, operating procedures, SLAs, KPIs, compliance targets, and reporting.
•    Govern remediation backlogs and ensure no overdue Critical, Significant, Medium or Low vulnerabilities exist within mandated timelines.
•    Provide coordination across Branch teams, Infrastructure teams, Security teams, Application Owners, DBAs, Middleware teams and Production Support teams.
•    Drive risk management, issue escalation, exception approvals, and adherence to CSO Cyber Hygiene requirements.
•    Key contact point for business CIO governance risk & controls team addressing security patch requirements for CIO managed estate.

Years of exp: Min 10+ years
•    Strong programme and operational governance expertise.
•    Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
•    Strong understanding of vulnerability management and cyber hygiene processes.
•    Strong understanding of enterprise application platforms and infrastructure.
•    Experience working within highly regulated environments and managing large remediation portfolios.
