Administrator (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

  • Provide Level-2 support for PKI infrastructure and certificate management services.
  • Troubleshoot certificate issuance, renewal, and revocation issues.
  • Support CA and RA administration activities.
  • Monitor PKI platform health and resolve operational incidents.
  • Support HSM administration and cryptographic operations.
  • Execute certificate lifecycle management activities.
  • Maintain SOPs, operational procedures, and reporting documentation.
  • Participate in compliance reviews and audit support activities.
  • Escalate complex issues to L3 resources as needed.
  • Support platform upgrades and change activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level-2 support for PKI infrastructure and certificate management services.
  • Troubleshoot certificate issuance, renewal, and revocation issues.
  • Support CA and RA administration activities.

Skill Requirements

  • 4–7 years of PKI support experience.
  • Strong understanding of PKI architecture and certificate lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Microsoft PKI and Entrust PKI platforms.
  • Knowledge of SSL/TLS, CRL, OCSP, and certificate management processes.
  • Strong incident troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
