Job Summary

A Redis Technology Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of Redis platforms supporting high-performance, real-time applications. The role includes managing Redis clusters, ensuring platform availability, scalability, security, and disaster recovery readiness. The engineer collaborates with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to deliver reliable caching, messaging, and data storage services. Key responsibilities include performance tuning, capacity planning, automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, patch management, and production support. The engineer also drives platform governance, implements best practices, supports cloud and on-premises deployments, and ensures compliance with organizational security and regulatory requirements.
