Job Summary

Manage and support Splunk Enterprise platforms through upgrades, patching, administration, monitoring, data onboarding, troubleshooting, security management, and performance optimisation. Ensure platform availability, data integrity, compliance, and operational stability while supporting users, maintaining security controls, and administering distributed Splunk environments.
Support Splunk version upgrades and patch deployments across all clusters and more than 170 servers, ensuring successful adoption of the latest platform releases.

Splunk Enterprise, Search Heads, Indexers, Deployment Servers, Universal/Heavy Forwarders, Platform Upgrades, Security Patching, Data Onboarding, inputs.conf, props.conf, transforms.conf, Performance Tuning, RBAC, LDAP, SAML SSO, SSL Certificates, Splunk Apps, Technology Add-ons (TAs), Capacity & Licence Management.
