Job Summary

Responsible for delivering cyber hygiene and patch compliance outcomes for Branch Technology applications within a specific branch.
•    Own country-level remediation performance and compliance metrics.
•    Maintain a comprehensive patching calendar covering Branch Technology applications within the branch.
•    Coordinate application operations teams, infrastructure teams, and security teams to deliver remediation activities within agreed CSO timelines.
•    Ensure timely planning, scheduling and execution of Security Patching, Vulnerability Remediation, System Hardening, OSS, APT and ACS remediation activities.
•    Manage change governance including UAT, Production and DR changes, ensuring all implementation and rollback procedures are documented and approved.
•    Provide regular reporting, risk escalation and stakeholder communication regarding remediation status and compliance performance.
•    Support weekend and after-hours implementation windows where required.

Years of exp: Min 5-10 years
•    Strong operational delivery management.
•    Excellent coordination and communication capability.
•    Good technical understanding of infrastructure and application technologies.
•    Strong grasp of risk, compliance, and change management processes.
•    Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business, infrastructure, and security functions.
