Job Summary

Execute remediation activities and maintain the security posture of Branch Technology applications and supporting infrastructure.
•    Monitor vulnerability management tools including Tanium, Nessus and other cyber hygiene platforms.
•    Analyse vulnerability findings and determine remediation requirements and implementation approaches.
•    Coordinate with IT Application Owners to perform middleware and application component patching and upgrades.
•    Coordinate with IT Application Owners to execute the system hardening activities and implementation of secure configurations.
•    Coordinate with infrastructure, DBA, middleware, and application support teams to successfully deploy remediation activities.
•    Raise, update, and execute UAT, Production and DR change records.
•    Validate remediation success through post-implementation testing and vulnerability re-scanning.
•    Participate in weekend maintenance windows and production change activities.

Skill Requirements

Years of exp: Min 5 years
•    Strong working knowledge of Java and Java runtime environments, Apache Web Server, Tomcat, WebLogic, IBM MQ and similar application technologies
•    Knowledge of vulnerability management platforms - Tanium, Nessus
•    Knowledge of security hardening and secure configuration standards
•    Enterprise change and release management processes
•    Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, as well as Oracle and MSSQL database technologies
