Administrator (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

•    Experience in enterprise infrastructure environments (min 6 years)
•    Strong understanding of patch management and vulnerability remediation.
•    Familiarity with storage technologies, change management, and compliance processes.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced patch remediation programme with daily standups and governance reviews.
•    Lab certification of new firmware releases.
•    Create certification reports and release recommendations.
•    Validate interoperability and rollback procedures.
•    Work with automation teams on patch deployment automation.

•    Deep expertise in at least two of: (5+ years)
o    Dell PowerMax / VMAX
o    NetApp ONTAP
o    Pure Storage FlashArray
o    Dell ECS
o    Data Domain
o    IBM Spectrum Protect (TSM) 
•    Firmware certification and regression testing.
•    HA/failover testing.
•    Release note and risk assessment analysis.
•    Python/Shell scripting.
•    Vendor engagement (Dell, NetApp, IBM, Pure).
