Job Summary
Preparing HLD and LLD documentation with cost for proposed solution & present to requestor from internal clients. (Ticket based request for infrastructure need)
Partner with product teams, engineering teams, operation teams to formulate the best possible solution
Complete ownership into managing respective stakeholders to get the solution deployed, activated and move into its operation stage
Spot opportunities to consolidate systems, share data and adapt standard processes.
Work with key stakeholders to define / improve provision process, OLA / SLA
Both lead and collaborate effectively with members of the team to deliver quality and value of the function
Ensure technical solutions meet current and future requirements, are scalable and cost efficient, and simplify the run estate
Able to articulate problems, risks & solutions to relevant stake holders.
Contribute to define / maintain / improve design principles & provisioning process
Adhere to compliance & security guidelines while proposing the solution
Ensure that all projects are efficiently governed utilising the appropriate standards, plans, methods and processes

Skill Requirements
Years of exp: Min 7+ Years
Decision making, able to convince the stake holders, excellent presentation skills
Strong Exposure as System admin for RHEL/SLES or Windows server infrastructure
Able to evaluate Server, HA / load balancing, OS, Storage (SAN/NAS), Database (Oracle / SQL / Sybase) for various application & put in production
Deep understanding of Blade / rack mount servers
Deep understanding of SAN / NAS storage
Enough knowledge on network for setting up infrastructure in correct network zone
Able to guide deployment teams for hosting hardware on the prem data centre
Able to evaluate / support hybrid cloud infrastructure requirement
Technical certifications (RHEL / SLES / Microsoft windows / VMware / Oracle / SAN storage / CCNA etc)
Cloud architect (GCP Preferred)
ITIL Foundation Certificate
Preferably prior experience from a Financial Services/Investment Banking environment – Global landscape
