Job Summary

Security Application Onboarding Engineer - L1 Role Summary The Security Application Onboarding Engineer L1 is responsible for onboarding applications into the organization\'s Application Security (AppSec) program using Black Duck Software Composition Analysis (SCA).

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Black Duck Administration & Operations • Execute and monitor Black Duck scans. • Configure scanning policies, risk settings, and project groups. • Maintain scan schedules and onboarding workflows. • Troubleshoot scan issues and support onboarding requests. • Monitor platform health and scanning performance.

Skill Requirements

Required Technical Skills • Basic knowledge of Black Duck SCA. • Application onboarding and project configuration. • Vulnerability and license risk identification. • Scan execution and result interpretation. • Report generation and dashboard review.

Other Requirements

Preferred Certifications • SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals • Security+ • AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals • ITIL Foundation
