24x7 Server Management Operation supporting S/4HANA, SMC, IBP, ByD (in CCloud), C4C (in CCloud) & DLM (VLAB systems of ByD&C4C; in CCloud) \r\n• Support CCloud, GCS, AWS and Azure environments \r\n• Health Check monitoring and Incident handling \r\n• Outage handling and Problem Management \r\n• Service & Change request handling \r\n• Problem Management and Continuous improvements \r\n• Collaboration with infra providers and various Tools/DevOps teams \r\n• OS Builds \r\n• Security Patch Management \r\n• Support Compliance Requirements (SOC2, ISO27001, C5) \r\n• Malware Management – OS layer \r\n• Vulnerability Management
