Job Summary
The IT Asset Management (HAM) Associate is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of IT hardware assets, ensuring SLA adherence, accuracy of asset records, compliance with governance standards, and effective coordination across OSS teams, stakeholders, and operations. The role also focuses on asset monitoring, reconciliation, reporting, and process compliance to maintain data integrity across system

Skill Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and IMACD lifecycle processes.
- Experience in working with asset management systems/databases (AMDB/CMDB).
- Familiarity with discovery and asset tracking tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM).
- Strong analytical skills for reconciliation, validation, and reporting.
- Attention to detail with a focus on compliance and audit readiness.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Good communication and presentation skills for governance meetings
