Job Summary

  • Provide Level-2 operational support for PingFederate, PingOne Advanced, Ping DaVinci, Ping Risk, and PingID.
  • Troubleshoot authentication, federation, authorization, and MFA-related issues.
  • Support application onboarding requests and federation configurations.
  • Manage SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect integrations.
  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring incidents and provide recommendations.
  • Support adaptive authentication and risk-based access policies.
  • Monitor platform health, logs, and alerts and resolve operational incidents.
  • Assist in platform upgrades, patching, and configuration changes.
  • Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
  • Collaborate with application teams and customer stakeholders to resolve support issues.
  • Participate in change and release management activities.

Key Responsibilities

Skill Requirements

  • 4–6 years of IAM support experience.
  • 3+ years supporting Ping Identity solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of PingFederate, PingID, PingOne, DaVinci, and Ping Risk.
  • Experience with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and LDAP integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting enterprise IAM environments.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
