Job Summary

 Domain/Subdomain: DWP/FSO \\\\r\\\\nJob Description\\\\r\\\\nRoles & responsibilities:\\\\r\\\\n• Troubleshooting problems related to Desktop/Laptops, MAC, Windows operating systems and O365/M365 applications.\\\\r\\\\n• Troubleshooting Unified communication tools such as Teams, Zoom video call related issues.\\\\r\\\\n• Should be familiar with collaboration tools, meeting room equipment and meeting room checks.\\\\r\\\\n• Must have exposure to Windows 10 and 11 migration, user profiles management, data backups.\\\\r\\\\n• Troubleshooting Windows Profile, printers, shared drives related issues.\\\\r\\\\n• Troubleshooting network connectivity issues.\\\\r\\\\n• Deploying standard image on desktops and laptops using Endpoint manager/Intune.\\\\r\\\\n• To provide 1st line technical support; answering support queries via phone and email.\\\\r\\\\n• To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.\\\\r\\\\n• Familiarity with IT Infrastructure tools such as Azure AD, Endpoint manager/In tune, M365 etc would be preferred. \\\\r\\\\nTechnical Proficiencies:\\\\r\\\\n• To take ownership of user problems and be pro-active when dealing with user issues.\\\\r\\\\n• To log all calls on the call logging system. Ensure incidents, tasks and problems on ticketing system (SNOW) are logged and addressed within defined SLAs.\\\\r\\\\n• Respond to inquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems.\\\\r\\\\n• To escalate more complex calls to the relevant IT Support member.\\\\r\\\\n• To notify relevant staff to arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in house.\\\\r\\\\n• Pre-build PCs. Good Experience in deskside support. \\\\r\\\\nRequired Skills and Experience:\\\\r\\\\n• Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field \\\\r\\\\n• Exhibit HCL Technologies Guiding Principles\\\\r\\\\n• Professional demeanor\\\\r\\\\n• Excellent communication skills\\\\r\\\\nAdditional requirements:-\\\\r\\\\n- Must possess a valid driver\\\\\\\'s license. \\\\r\\\\n- Must be able to carry up to 50lbs of weight off the ground. \\\\r\\\\n

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
