Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) modules and a strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, integrations, and scripting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Request Management.
- Design and implement workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform system administration, maintenance, and upgrades to ensure platform stability and performance.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Implement ITIL best practices to improve ITSM processes and automation.
- Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and system configurations.
Skill Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on ITSM.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management.
- ITIL v3/v4 certification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
