Job Summary

Program and Project Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, monitoring, and governance of projects and programs across the organization. The role works closely with Project Managers, Program Managers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. The individual will oversee project tracking, reporting, risk management, resource coordination, governance compliance, and stakeholder communication while providing operational support for multiple projects and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination Assist in project initiation, planning, scheduling, and execution activities. Coordinate project tasks, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. Track project timelines and ensure adherence to project plans. Support project managers in maintaining project documentation and governance artifacts. Program Governance & Reporting Prepare and publish project status reports, dashboards, and management updates. Monitor project KPIs, milestones, risks, issues, and action items. Ensure compliance with PMO standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks. Conduct regular project review meetings and maintain meeting minutes. Risk & Issue Management Identify and track project risks, dependencies, and issues. Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) logs. Escalate critical risks and project concerns to management. Support mitigation planning and issue resolution activities. Resource & Financial Management Assist in resource planning and allocation activities. Track project budgets, invoices, and resource utilization. Monitor costs against approved budgets and identify variances. Support procurement and vendor coordination activities. Stakeholder Management Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and management. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and governance reviews. Ensure effective communication of project status and decisions. Follow up on pending actions and deliverables. Process Improvement Identify opportunities for project management process improvements. Support PMO initiatives, audits, and compliance reviews. Contribute to standardization of project management templates and practices. Assist in implementing project management tools and automation.
