Job Summary

Execute patch deployment and vulnerability remediation activities across supported infrastructure and applications, ensuring completion within defined SLA timelines. 
Investigate and resolve routine patching issues. 
Support patch compliance and cyber hygiene objectives by monitoring assigned remediation tickets, tracking overdue vulnerabilities, and following established governance processes.  
Maintain accurate operational records and reporting, updating remediation status, documenting outcomes, and providing progress updates to stakeholders.  
Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues, work on automation and enhancements, and maintaining patching procedures and knowledge documentation.
