Administrator (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

•    Experience in enterprise infrastructure environments (min 5 years)
•    Strong understanding of patch management and vulnerability remediation.
•    Familiarity with storage technologies, change management, and compliance processes.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced patch remediation programme with daily standups and governance reviews.
•    Execute patch implementations.
•    Coordinate maintenance windows.
•    Validate production systems before and after patching.
•    Perform failover and health checks.
•    Maintain compliance with patch governance requirements.

Skill Requirements

Years of exp: min 5 years
•    Experience with SAN, NAS, Backup, and Object Storage environments.
•    Strong CLI skills: 
o    ONTAP CLI
o    Pure CLI
o    SYMCLI
o    Spectrum Protect (dsmadmc) 
•    Change management processes.
•    Incident and rollback procedures.
•    Production support experience.
