We are seeking a UI Designer/Developer who can combine strong visual design skills with frontend development expertise to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces. The role requires experience in translating business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and scalable web components while ensuring usability, consistency, and technical feasibility across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Skills

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design
• Frontend development skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Hands-on experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Development of reusable components and design systems
• Cross-browser and cross-device compatibility implementation
• Integration with REST APIs and dynamic data rendering
• Version control using Git and collaborative development practices

Skill Requirements

Secondary Skills

• Performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading and code splitting
• Accessibility compliance using WCAG and ARIA standards
• Knowledge of animation libraries such as Framer Motion, GSAP, or CSS transitions
• Basic backend/API understanding to support end-to-end integration
• Exposure to Agile delivery, DevOps pipelines, and collaboration tools like Jira or Azure Boards
• Knowledge of SEO-friendly frontend practices and semantic HTML
