Job Summary

Change Management Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing organizational change initiatives. This role ensures that changes are implemented smoothly and efficiently, minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support project and organizational goals.\r\n• Lead communication efforts to inform stakeholders of upcoming changes and their impacts.\r\n• Work closely with project managers and business leaders to identify and address resistance.\r\n• Monitor and report on change progress, outcomes, and feedback.\r\n• Facilitate training sessions and develop materials to support change initiatives.\r\n• Ensure alignment between change management and IT processes, especially within ServiceNow.

Skill Requirements

• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform and change management modules.\r\n• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\r\n• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\r\n• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\r\n• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with all levels of staff.

Other Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.\r\n• Certification in Change Management preferred.\r\n• Experience with ITIL framework is an advantage.\r\n• Minimum 5 years of experience in change management roles.
