Key Responsibilities
Skill Requirements
Technical Skills · Proficiency in SCCM and Intune for desktop imaging and deployment. · Experience with ServiceNow for ticketing and ITSM processes. · Understanding of network basics, including LAN/WAN troubleshooting. · Familiarity with IT systems in manufacturing environments. Experience · 3+ years in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings. · Experience supporting lift operations or industrial machinery is a plus. Other Competencies · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work in physically demanding environments. · Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, or ITIL are a plus. · Manage and resolve field support Incidents & requests. · Do walkups and troubleshoot any end user issues based on tickets created. · Assist the plant/office with IT related queries and resolve them based on priority. · Document all ticket data and notes in Lamb Weston provided ITSM platform till closure. · Perform PC deployment and imaging. · Assist Lamb Weston end users in plants after completing proper training and safety pre-requisites approved by Lamb Weston and Supplier. · Assist with P1 and P2 incidents and act as a bridge between different technical teams during the situation. · Assist Lamb Weston end users with general IT inquiries. · Report any failures to the Lamb Weston project manager. · Perform required troubleshooting as informed by Lamb Weston. · Scheduled visits to Breda location based on LW requirements to assist with issues at that location
