Administrator - MS System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)

Job Summary

Experience building, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft Windows operating system images for mass deployments.\r\n• Working knowledge of software installation, including VPN, Encryption, and Microsoft Office suite. \r\n• Experience with desktop hypervisor products (VMware Workstation Pro)\r\n• Experience with Disk Imaging products (Acronis True Image Backup)\r\n• Knowledge of scripting (batch, PowerShell) would be advantages.\r\n• Experience in a large, enterprise IT operations environment.\r\n• Good knowledge of Windows Imaging/OS deployment using tools like MDT/SCCM.\r\n• Provide support to end users for SCCM/workspace one client troubleshooting, software deployment and software update deployment issues.\r\n• Validate hot fixes for Windows 10 operating system.\r\n• Deploy fixes to the workstations\r\n• Detailed debugging of SCCM client issues related incidents\r\n• Should have knowledge on Application Deployment.\r\n• Work with packaging, application team to gather requirements for Application packaging \r\n• Log file knowledge, \r\n• Participate in standard image development, management, QA testing, and deployment.\r\n• Experience with VMWare / Hyper-V & PowerShell.\r\n• Exposure in security patch processes and Software Updates.\r\n• Excellent understanding of Patch management, S/w Distribution and Application Deployment\r\n• Knowledge of Scripting (PowerShell) would be added advantage.\r\n• Having good knowledge on Imaging.\r\n• Should have good communication skills.\r\n• Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with department personnel, user departments, and managers with regard to business needs and technical advancements.\r\n• Must have a collaborative work style that includes and values views of others in recommendations and decisions.\r\n
